KBR is seeking a Government Property Analyst to work at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center supporting the Ground Systems and Mission Operations (GSMO)-3 Contract.

The Government Property Analyst will work with the GSMO-3 Property and Logistics team and will be responsible for executing a full spectrum of Government Property requirements to provide oversight and support to maintain an approved system of record to be sustained with a compliance-based management of government property.

The Government Property Analyst will ensure all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) are properly tracked, documented, and identified in the eQuip system of record. This will include maintaining satisfaction status for property management outcomes: Receiving, Records, Physical Inventory, Subcontractor Control, Reports, Relief of Stewardship and Liability, Utilization, Maintenance, and Property Closeout.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating required information daily is the eQuip system of record.
  • Organizing, updating, and maintaining physical or electronic records.
  • Receiving Government Furnished Property.
  • Affixing asset tags to Government Furnished or Contractor Acquired Property.
  • Processing documentation for the disposition and reporting of lost or destroyed property.
  • Updating electronic property records during physical inventories.
  • Performing inventory and supporting reconciliation efforts.
  • Preparing shipping/transfer and other documentation as required.
  • Developing and submitting government reports and communications to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 – 7 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in the use of eQuip and NASA’s EQUIPMENT property management systems.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic Compensation:

$115,200.00 - $172,800.00

This range is for the Greenbelt, Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
