Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical management and engineering support services to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of GPS related efforts in support of the customer’s mission. Services include some or all of the following:
- Perform Systems Engineering planning, requirements generation, and task development and execution for GPS UE programs
- Assist with development of requirements, program strategies, statements of work tasks, and systems engineering plan
- Conducting engineering trade studies and technical analyses
- Evaluating development and integration of modernized GPS systems onto Air Force / DoD platforms
- Assessing civil and military mandates associated with Assured Position, Navigation, and Timing to ensure satisfaction of Gov’t requirements
- Reviewing/analyzing OEM technical proposals
Work Environment:
- Location: On-site
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance within a specified period of time
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited educational institution
- At least 5 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Level I DAU/DAWIA Certification (SPRDE)
- 4 years of engineering experience supporting a System Program Office Digital Engineering experience
- Model Based Systems Engineering experience
