Position Summary:
Support the DAF PEO Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Advanced Battle Management (ABMS) Division in the capacity of design, development, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedules. This position will also provide program management and acquisition support to the division at the direction of the Director’s Action Group (DAG).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules to support program objectives.
- Provide program management support to the DAF PEO C3BM Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Division.
- Offer acquisition support aligned with division needs and directives.
- Collaborate with the Director’s Action Group (DAG) to implement strategic program management tasks.
- Ensure schedule integration across multiple projects and stakeholders within the division.
- Support cross-functional teams in all life-cycle phases, including research and development, manufacturing, and fielded product support.
- Build and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources.
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Utilize enterprise-level scheduling software.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in program management
- Expertise: Skilled in building and maintaining program-level Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Gantt Charts, and competence in using enterprise-level software.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-priority Air Force acquisition program.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for coordinating and briefing acquisition reports and submitting Integrated Program Management Reports
- Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance
- Problem-Solving: Self-motivated and proactive leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Compliance: Familiarity with industry standards for scheduling and program management. Understanding of regulatory compliance in Defense Acquisition Programs.
Desired:
- Technical Knowledge: Experience as a Program Manager involved in large Defense Acquisition projects and knowledge of industry standards Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG) and the Generally Accepted Scheduling Principles (GASP)
- Certifications: Possession of a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II or III Certification in Program Management or Engineering or equivalent. Certified Master Scheduler (CMS) or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
