This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Visitor Control Center Lead to join our team supporting a government client with locations in Washington Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that receives and processes visitors and guests to the customer facility.
  • The team's duties include:
  • Issuing badges (renewals, temporary or visitor) in accordance with the appropriate clearance level of the individual requiring access.
  • Operating the visitor management systems.
  • Maintain records and audit the access control system as needed.
  • Issue Common Access Cards (CAC) as appropriate.
  • Take photographs and capture digital signatures utilizing provided equipment.
  • Manage a passport kiosk.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Clearance Requirement:  TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a poly upon request
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Associate’ degree or an additional three years of experience in Access Control.
  • Experience in relevant areas related to security.
  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Experience supervising personnel
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication to communicate effectively.
  • Experience with visitor control processes and systems at DoD/IC facilities
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite

Basic Compensation:

$55,400 - $83,100

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
