Title:

Document Controller

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Perth Pluto team. The ideal candidate will thrive on taking ownership, diving into the details, and guiding our project team with your document control expertise. If you are an excellent communicator and collaborator, adept at liaising with key stakeholders, various departments, contractors, and most importantly, our client, this role is for you. The role is initially on a 12 month contract basis via one of our preferred agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive document control system in line with client and company standards.

  • Ensure project documents comply with procedural requirements before processing into the document control system.

  • Manage project documents and vendor data, maintaining registers to indicate current status via the document control system.

  • Monitor progress of deliverables in accordance with project specific milestones.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documents are filed correctly.

  • Record issues and track the location of control documents.

  • Maintain the integrity of the document control system.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Solid Experience of working within a project environment, ideally within Energy, Resources or Construction.

  • Strong understanding of document control practices and management, with experience in DMS software.

  • Practical experience in document control entry and procedures on engineering and construction projects.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external clients.

  • Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship
