Mandatory requirements:

  • B. Sc. Eng from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the field of big Engineering and / or Construction Projects (Oil / Gas or Infrastructural)
  • Excellent Administration and Coordination Skills
  • Independent working style, well organized upon assigned tasks
  • Proactive and Service Mind
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Friendly and polite appearance, customer focused behaviour
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detailed oriented – meeting high quality standards in performing all activities
  • Excellent in English language
  • Excellent in application of Microsoft Office Program, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Capable to manage scans, copies, faxes, phone systems, internet activities,       
  • Team player

Primary Objectives [Project Secretary (48 Hours Per Week, 5 Working Days Per Week)

  • Handling all project secretarial tasks to support the Project Manager and / or Project Engineer and project teams in execution of multiple engineering and construction projects of different sizes and complexity
  • Dealing with related departments according to the project requirement (e.g. Project Control, Contracts, Engineering, Construction, QHSE, Human Resources, Senior Management Departments)
  • Dealing with clients and other 3rd party business partners like clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, authorities, etc.
  • Preparation and filing (paper and electronically) of project management, technical, safety, quality and commercially related documents such as correspondence, reports, minutes of meetings, contractual documents etc.
  • Set up and maintaining documentation / filing logs
  • Management and order stationary as well as office tools and equipment
  • Arranging meetings including technical equipment for conferences and presentations,
  • Arranging business trips.
  • Following up all tasks and assigned action lists 
  • Living company’s business and safety culture / adherence to company’s safety policies and procedures
