Title:

Civil Engineer

Our KBR Civil team is a group of passionate and experienced transport specialists who have an opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Perth.

Reporting to the Civil Team Leader you will contribute to the delivery of a variety of transport infrastructure projects.

Role Overview:

  • You will be responsible for completing civil designs, coordinating with civil designers and drafters including progressive review of design models.

  • Some competency with 12d or OpenRoads to enable reviews is preferred.

  • You will also be confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders including project supervisors, engineers, and junior staff.

  • You will offer support and guidance to our junior staff and take on a lead role when required.

What you will need to succeed: 

As an individual you are excited by the prospect of delivering iconic projects to the community and you will have a proven background in major transport infrastructure projects.

In addition, you will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)..

  • Some competency in either 12D or Bentley OpenRoads to enable on screen reviews is preferred;

  • Developed design experience including knowledge and experience road and drainage design standards.

  • Demonstrate an appropriate balance of practicality and innovation in your work.

  • Solid industry experience in a design environment.
