Construction Project ManagerAre you a skilled and experienced construction professional ready to take on a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects?
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate critical interfaces between our Client, the Managing Contractor, and our technical site support team. Role will be site based in Port Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
You will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer, managing contractor, and the technical site support team.
Manage the technical site support team and ensure timely responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawing reviews, and site inspections.
Oversee the technical site support team, including civil, structural, building services, security, and architectural disciplines.
Support the delivery of significant building infrastructure projects.
Lead on-site construction administration processes to ensure seamless project execution.
Play a significant role in the first tranche of construction and contribute to the ongoing delivery of future larger project phases.
