We are seeking a proactive Team Coordinator.
You will work closely with the Programme Management team and Resource Manager to maintain staff trackers and forecasts, ensuring resource allocation and management. You will play a key role in tracking timesheets, leave, absence, and hours worked, while also addressing recruitment needs across our team.
What Do We Need
Proven experience in resource coordination, HR coordination, or project support.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft suites including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in working in a Portfolio, Programme and Project environment
Location
The position will be based in Glasgow, on a hybrid basis (2 days home, 3 days office).

SC Clearance
Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
