KBR PEGA Product Manager

 

 

KBR is seeking a Pegasystems Product Manager to join our MITS project based out of the Volpe Center in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will partner with the business and project delivery teams in creating and deploying Pegasystems solutions. The Pegasystems Product Manager is a challenging position that requires strong communication skills, business management, understanding of technology capability and a knack for learning new business processes.

 

**Candidate must be able to obtain public trust clearance**

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Translate business needs into standard epics, features, and user stories, exploring the ability to leverage existing technological investments.

·       Create standards for execution for the MITS/Volpe project team.

·       Ensure alignment with product backlogs by various execution teams

·       Represent the business users and customers for products and solutions supported by the program

·       Ensure alignment with agile best practices and adoption within the program

·       Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization to define strategies, points of view, road maps, workflows, reference architectures, and other deliverables to support technology selection, implementation, integration, and management.

·       Managing multiple contract and internal KBR teams running in parallel

·       Providing standard executables and project execution plans for each track of work

·       Managing change, training, adoption and relationships with customers and other contract teams

 

Credentials and Experience:

·       Associate degree with 6 years’ experience working with solution delivery teams

·       PEGA Certified Business and/or Solution Architect

·       Must demonstrate experience in agile processes

·       The ideal candidate will have experience working with IT development teams, delivering successful projects, and managing agile software development processes.
