KBR Core Contracts
POTFF (Preservation of the Force and Family)
KBR provides human performance and behavioral health services to SOCOM individuals, units, supporting staff, and family members. The goal is to enhance the physical and behavioral capacity and resilience of Special Operations Forces with consideration of their families.
- KBR’s POTFF team consists of 700 personnel across 21 health and human performance labor categories including clinical psychologists, social workers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, dietitians, nurses, strength coaches, data scientists and other experts.
HPO (Human Performance Optimization)
The HPO program supports both CONUS and OCONUS operations within the AF and DoD. HPO services including, but not limited to education and training, management support, program management, engineering and technical services, professional services, and administrative services.
Labor categories include: Athletic Trainer; Dietitian; Physical Therapist; Licensed Clinical Social Worker; Clinical Psychologist, Site Lead; Cognitive Performance Specialist; Strength & Conditioning Coach; Massage Therapist; Database Administrator; Database Analyst/Programmer; Data Analyst.
SPARC (Service Personnel Advancing Research in Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy)KBR aids neuroscience research for service members, specifically focusing on those affected by traumatic brain injuries.
Research is done in collaboration with Uniformed Services University (the nation's only federal health sciences university) and the University of California San Francisco.
Via SPARC, KBR promotes awareness about brain donation opportunities, conducting outreach and education initiatives, and utilizing advanced data analytics. This includes community engagement specifically designed to teach individuals about brain donation to the Department of Defense/USU Brain Tissue Repository and how donations are used to advance research for overall service member brain health as well as prevention and treatment of those with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).
MQS-2-NG
The Medical Q-Coded Support and Services – Next Generation (MQS2-NG) program is designed to acquire professional clinical and medical support services to either supplement existing medical staffs or provide full operational services on-site or off-site in support of mission requirements within federal hospitals, clinics, and dental facilities.
MRT (Master Resilience Training)
KBR provides Army training and education programs at Ready and Resilient Performance Centers located on 9 Army Installations across the CONUS.
MRT provides 1:1 training with performance psychology experts that includes human performance training, cognitive coaching, suicide prevention awareness. This high level of MRT training is a train the trainer model to ready US Army soldiers and leaders at every level from company to brigade leadership.
