Senior/Lead ArchitectKBR-AMCDE is a leading engineering and project management services company in Saudi Arabia that provides FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement and Project Management Services to the Onshore and Offshore oil and gas markets. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Extensive experience in project management, including overseeing design processes from concept to completion.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, particularly in large-scale and complex projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.
Leadership and Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and designers.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in GES+, Saudi Aramco projects or similar.
- Membership in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects (AIA) or similar.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong commitment to quality and excellence in design.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
